3RD EDITION OF THE WEDNESDAY ARTICLE.

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Dedicated to researching economic and financial-related matters as well as all other issues that the association considers areas of interest, the research committee, in collaboration with other committees within and outside the perimeters of the association, monitors, evaluates, and conducts research on selected subjects that are vital to the association and its members.?

The association focuses on all economic, business, and financial matters, making the research committee one of the most important committees of the association. This is due to the time-sensitive and complex nature of economic and business issues. The association requires facts and informed opinions that are essential for finding solutions to problems, expanding knowledge, and advancing the association's understanding of the world. These can only be generated through thorough research and extensive investigation.

OBJECTIVES

• To ensure all associates are equipped with excellent skills and knowledge by engaging relevant stakeholders.?
• To evaluate research proposals and conduct research on the selected subjects by the association.
• To undertake research projects that align with the association’s mission (ZCASEBA).?

ROLES OF THE RESEARCH COMMUNITY

• To provide a conducive environment for the promotion of research and innovative activities in the association.
• To promote collaborative research.
• To strengthen the association by promoting consultancy, testing, and need-based research activities in the association.?
• To coordinate and monitor research programs and progress of the research activities for the association.

To conclude, the roles and objectives of research committees vary based on the association’s mission. These committees evaluate whether proposed subjects are consistent with association guidelines and if the sources of the information are accurate and appropriate. The research committee also assesses whether the research is useful or relevant to the association
