Tell us a bit about yourself:

I am a wholehearted advocate for better business with a deep enthusiasm for regenerative business models. Prior to joining Greenheart I worked in the third sector where I delivered strategic advisory projects for businesses on a mission to grow and measure their social impact and sustainability performance. I hold a Masters degree in Sustainability and have also worked as an Environmental Educator where I spent plenty of time taking young people out on London’s waterways to help build their connection with nature and blue spaces. In my spare time you’ll either find me reading, Depop-ing or cooking up a storm with delicious plant-based ingredients, my speciality is aubergine katsu curry!?

Why have you chosen to join the Greenheart ecosystem?

I have joined the Greenheart ecosystem because? I want to be a part of an organisation where I am able to live my values and channel my deep passion for sustainability into my work and ultimately help companies to use their business as a force for good!

What are the three changes most needed in order for every business to thrive by caring for people and planet as much as profit?

In my opinion the three changes most needed for the shift are:

1- A stronger mandate; businesses should be legally required to serve the needs of all of their stakeholders, not just their shareholders.?

2 - Triple bottom line thinking and reporting should be the norm, not the exception.

3 -? Negative externalities should be avoided at all costs; where they do exist they must be? internalised and accounted for by the business.

And finally, what brings you the most joy?
