Agile is the today's way software development, with its four (4) values and 12 Principles and number of implementation frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, Scaled Agile and LeSS) organizations are reaping the benefits of agile by getting a high productivity and quality of software and getting way more value out of the money they spent to built software as compare to old fashioned Waterfall methodology (where lots of value get plunged due to delayed customer feedback and bad requirements).
If work in an agile team in any capacity then you must have basic knowledge of Agile. Agile certifications are new norms that are getting mandatory with time. 3 年Don't take this is wrong way but.......agile has nothing whatsoever to do with software development! There are many agile frameworks and methods, some have 4 values and 12 principles, others have 8 principles and philosophies as well as values. By definition agile means flexible, adaptable. As coaches, we need to stop sending out the wrong/mixed messages about agile.
