Although a new diet seems to pop every few weeks by some kind of so-called “expert,” scientists already know for a long time what a healthy eating pattern is all about.
Good eating is not a punishment, but an opportunity.
The same goes for incorporating physical movement into your life.
It would be wrong of me to say the transformation Niek made was a hard thing to do, because it really wasn’t.
It was mostly having fun, to be honest.
He wasn’t eating foods he didn’t like.
He wasn’t doing exercises he didn’t like.
Yes, it involved some effort.
But it was enjoyable effort.
(I’m in fact smiling when writing this because it really was a good time haha.)
I really believe that everyone can look fit and healthy, and I don’t say this for marketing purposes.
You just need to know what you are doing.
And sure, you can try to figure this out yourself like I did and spend a few years doing research.
All the information you need is on the internet already anyways…
Or you can save yourself tons of time, and get yourself a coach who did all the research for you.
So the question you need to ask yourself is this:
Get results in a few years?
Or get results in a few months?
