Soon, you will be conducting your fall pre-season parents' meeting, and you will explain the purpose, value, and operational procedures involved in your athletic program. Hopefully, your program's foundation is the education-based concept. How do you get your parents to understand and embrace this vital philosophical approach?

In addition to parents, do you have a plan to get your coaching staff - new or experienced individuals - to accept and support this concept?
