Getting into the gym can be DAUNTING! In this Thursday Therapy I team up with trainer from The biggest Loser: Transformed Libby Babet to answer a client question about getting confidence and motivation to go to the gym. We put our heads together to give 8 tips on finding the type of exercise that is right for you, overcoming fear of going to the gym, and developing a “movement culture” where moving your body becomes a fun part of every day!
