Getting Back on Track

I started a blog in April with the intention on posting each week... Well it is now the end of May and I did not get to finish. Sometimes we allow the movement of life to get us off track. We have two options: 1) Bury our heads in defeat, or 2) get back on track. It does not matter how many times you veer off course, if you keep steering you will eventually pull back on track. I talked about nurturing and consistency last month. Here are two more focus areas as we steer back on course. One, adaptability: be prepared to pivot, adjust strategies and embrace new opportunities. Storms are unpredictable in life and in business. Being flexible and adaptable will take you a long way. Second, celebrate progress: small wins are still wins! Whether it's hitting a sales milestone or launch a new product, acknowledge progress. Positive reinforcement keeps motivation high!
