Getting back to doing what we love
This week we have held a series of face-to-face catch ups with our valued colleague community at our HQ in Manchester. These informal sessions enable us to share where we are as a business and hear from a range of our talented support team about their own experiences, as well as gleaning important feedback that can only make us better and stronger as a community. The sessions also further symbolize our return to ‘normality’ as we come together in person, something I know so many missed during the pandemic and that has proven invaluable when building on our strong sense of culture and community.
Within these sessions and through our other internal and external communications, we shared some stats on our sales and recovery momentum. In the past 4 weeks, the Company has achieved 30% growth over pre-pandemic levels of business. Furthermore last night we were delighted to receive the accolade of Top Business Travel Agency at the TTG Top 50 awards. It is fantastic to see so many doing well and reaping the rewards of the time, care, and dedication they continued to invest in looking after their customers, using our unique technology platform as a catalyst to build their own successful businesses and be masters of their own destiny, all as part of our digital, caring community.
It is quite a remarkable turnaround given how hard Covid hit our industry and people, and for so long. It is an incredible testament to peoples’ resilience and entrepreneurial spirit, and the power of our community that did so much to help and support each other and to everyone past and present that has been part of our journey. Further testament to this is what our customers say about us, achieving a 100% customer satisfaction score at the time of booking in Feb and 5 star Trustpilot rating, all down to this unerring focus on caring for the customer.
It was great to be able to share all this with our colleagues this week - a special team of people who have also worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to ensure our business owners had the support, technology, and tools they need to look after themselves and their customers. And as we look forward, I am so pleased for all our community and others in the industry that they can now get on with what they love – caring for customers and business clients.?
