Get yourself out of jail
Many people around me, asking "When do you have time for reading?", and my silly answer is "because i love learning something new !", maybe this not a perfect answer, but I'm trying to stay away from the hassle life. So, I thought today to give a try and write this article about the bigger picture and to send an important messages on personal scale to free ourselves from a big jail that we actually built around each of us.
I'll try my best to share a straight messages which could you could apply it today, and on your daily life, and maybe some points need a bit of explanation from my perspective. Before we start, allow me to quotes from the book I'm reading today "Die Empty" by Todd Henry. {.. An ounce of preventative discipline today, is worth a pound of corrective action later ..}.
Also, he says {.. all positive thinking in the world will not amount to anything without decisive action. The rest of us need you to act, because if you don't, you're robbing yourself, your peeps, your family, your organization, and the world of a contribution that only you can make...}. What a powerful words !!
Now let's share some thoughts:
- Stop addicting to caffeine. [Drinking one or two cups of favorite caffeine drink a day, is not addictive.]
- Stop addicting to materializes.
- Stop your devices' notifications [One of the critical decision in my life i made long time ago, is to disable mobile notifications. You don't need a big serious car accident to make that decision, like me !. This is how my mobile is look like, today !]
- Stop checking emails first in a morning.
- Unsubscribe the unnecessary mail subscriptions. [Let me know, if you would like to know how to do this.]
- Prioritize your moments, your "NOW". [you should not answer an necessary calls while driving]
- Become minimalist, and make your life as simple as possible. [https://www.becomingminimalist.com/what-is-minimalism/]
- Dedicate time for your daily reading.
- Learn something new every day.
- Help someone, on something you know.
- Always have a second, third plans on aspects of your life. [Do you have plans, if you discharged from your job today? Any financially investments you should do? Do you save your data on one device or on cloud ? ..... Many of those questions you have to ask yourself, think tank !]
- Four (4) healthy life wheels : Sleep enough + Eat healthy + Plenty of water + Workout
You know, these are not everything you can do, so what other core things we should be aware of ?.
Ups and downs are parts of our life journey, and commit yourself today to do 20% on one of the points, and 100% to other points, its more that enough. We should to commit to is, to grow and be our best version of ourselves, every single day.
Thanks,
