Get Your BUT Out of the Way!

Yes, let's talk about your BUT!
You have your WHY! You have a new grandbaby, you want to loose baby weight, you are stressed to the max at work, you hate your job, you are tired of being tired! You just got engaged and you want to look great in your dream wedding dress! That reason or reasons you want to make a change are all great! We all have our own WHY yet we don't take action! WHY is that? Your BUT keeps getting on the way! You know you need to change. You know the time to change is NOW!
What is stopping you? You tell yourself:
I need to improve my health and wellness: BUT.....

Perhaps it goes something like this:
I've tried and failed every plan out there...
?Been there done that! You've not committed to succeeding with my plan, the best system on the planet from THE leader in health and wellness that has worked for THOUSANDS of people regardless of needs and goals!
I'm afraid of failing again .....
?Doing nothing out of fear IS failure! Turn your fear into successful action!
It costs too much!
?You just bought that new ride with payments of $500 for 72 months or that new I Phone and you won't commit $5-$10 a day on your health?
I don't want to give up foods I love!
?Who said you had to? I didn't and lost 60 pounds! Neither did hundreds of members of our ?? Pound Club or our member that lost over 400 pounds and successfully kept it off!
I have kids and a family to feed!
?So why not make gradual changes for your family as well? You can become a good example for them. Stop buying the junk! Help yourself and them! If you love them, you will feed them healthy food alternatives or they will blame you for their chronic diseases later!
It's too complicated
?Counting points, carbs, protein, and fat grams,shopping, planning and meal preping are complicated! Two delicious 30 second smoothies a day, 2 healthy snacks a day and a simple dinner are easy! All but 1 meal a day and healthy snacks are delivered to your door like Amazon!
I'm not ready.....
?If you were one step away from major illness, such as a heart attack, cancer, stroke, or diabetes, would you say you were not ready? Seventy five percent of chronic diseases are caused by our lifestyle! You are part of that statistic! We need to wake up to that fact and make a change NOW!
I don't know where to begin!
Step 1??-Begin by making a commitment to yourself!
Step 2??-Acknowledge that you ARE worthy to be the best you can be.
Step 3??-Be open to allowing yourself to be helped!
Step 4??- reach out and surround yourself with a loving support counity and accountability partner ready to help you be your best!
Step 5??- let us know your goals!

Get your BUT out of the way and get in gear to improve your health! You will only regret that you didn't start sooner!
Let's look forward together into the new decade of 2020 and give you the results you've always wanted for the rest of your life! It is never too late to start! I did in my late 50s and I haven't looked back! I've never felt better and I want YOU to experience this, too!
