Get unstuck with the right toolkit

In Autumn 2020, we were so desperate to?escape from the house for a few days,?we?rented a camper?van.?If you know me, you'll know this isn't my usual mode of travel but if you remember how that latter part of 2020 was, you get it.
As it happened, the trip was hilarious and wonderful.
It was also challenging and at times, a wee bit grim (and I wasn't even the one?in charge of?emptying those useful boxes that catch what comes out of the?pipes coming out of the tiny bathroom).
We were giddy with appreciation for our home?when we got back?and sprawled on the?sofa.
Anyway, on our way back from the Salzkammergut region, we stopped to visit friends who live in The Middle of Nowhere. People use this phrase a lot and it just means, they live about 5?minutes drive away from a small Spar. These friends of ours - they have a Weekend?house that's literally in?The Middle of Nowhere.?
No phone reception.?
The nearest milk and bread is?at?least?a 25 minute drive.
After lunch and a?lovely afternoon with our friends, we left at 4pm as planned so that we'd be well shot of driving the hulking Camper Van around the small roads of?The Middle of Nowhere by the time it got dark.?
It had been pouring rain all afternoon and?we left the house to find our Camper Van stuck in the mud. Again, 'stuck in the mud' is a phrase people throw around - this Camper was literally stuck in the mud. We revved and revved,?put wooden boards under the two front wheels to make a mini?ramp out but there was no way the Camper was getting out of the mud.
Darkness fell.?We were soaked to the bone and while we'd rallied and kept spirits high, we were?starting to wane, when?like a mirage, suddenly?a farmer drove up this?tiny lane in his tractor?and got out to see what 10 of us were doing there in the middle of nowhere, in the rain, huddled around the camper.
He said (in?German):
'There's going to be a hook somewhere in that thing. If you can find the hook, I can tow you out.'
We didn't know anything about a hook. We hadn't even been looking for a hook.
And so we went into the Camper, after a few minutes found a Toolkit under the passenger seat and there indeed inside, found the beautiful hook which the farmer put into the hole made just for that purpose, attached a chain and pulled us out with his Tractor.
Waaaah!

The moral of this story is this:
Getting unstuck?is incredibly?simple when you have the toolkit.
But if you don't have the toolkit you'll stay stuck for quite some time.?
Helping women get unstuck and create traction by saying the things that they need to say but are avoiding saying and keeping themselves stuck -?is?one of?my favourite things to do?because?I can still?remember how empowering it felt when I learned how to do this.
?Once I had my?toolkit built out, things that I would have previously turned over and over in my head for days, weeks - months, even,?became really, incredibly simple and clear.
?I want every woman to know how to say what it is they want to say with surety.
Doing so without losing a tonne of time or?energy to thinking about how to say it / when to say it /how to say it without *actually* saying it...?is an absolute game changer in every sense.
I feel so passionately about this, I?think we should be taught these tools?in school but since we aren't (and likely won't be any time soon), I created a programme in which I teach the toolkit of simple conversations that never come across as arrogant or blustery.
That programme - Fearless Conversations - starts again next Tuesday 26 April. The number of participants is capped, so if you want in, don't wait!
Find out all the details of how the programme runs, timing and cost here.
