Steps Involved in AWS Lambda API to get Started:

  1. Set Up AWS Lambda
  2. Write function code, Add Environmental Variables, Memory and timeout settings
  3. Set Role permissions
  4. Create an Gateway API (its a door to reach Lambda APIs)
  5. Setup Gateway and Lambda Integration with some API settings
  6. Deploy the API
  7. Invoke Lambda function through Gateway
  8. Monitor / Debug and Set Cloud watch Alarms
  9. Manage versioning
