Happy New Year everyone! As we start fresh in the new year, it's a great time to reflect on our careers and think about where we want to go next. If you're passionate about motorsport, now is the perfect time to pursue your dreams and make a career in this exciting industry.

The world of motorsport is constantly evolving, and there are so many opportunities for those with the right skills and drive. Whether you're interested in working on the engineering side, developing strategy, or even becoming a professional driver, there's a place for you in motorsport.

The key to success in this field is to never stop learning and improving. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and trends in the industry, and be open to new challenges and opportunities. And don't be afraid to take risks – sometimes the biggest rewards come from taking a chance and stepping out of your comfort zone.

COMING IN 2023

1. Our major project this year is top secret; all we can tell you is it's going to be epic and will be worth the wait.
2. Our website is going through a major re-vamp and the new and improved version will be launched very soon. In fact the home page should be changing in the next couple of days with the rest of the website hopefully completed in the next two weeks.
3. We're excited to be visiting Autosport International next Saturday and hope to see you there! Let us know in the comments if you're going to be there too.
4. Would-be racing drivers will be excited to learn of a new addition to our website coming soon - stay tuned for more information!
5. We're in the process of writing an exciting new guide and will reveal more information on this when we can.

YOUR SUPPORT MEANS THE WORLD, IT ALSO MEANS THE FORMULA CAREERS PROJECT CAN CONTINUE TO HELP HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD

It's crazy to think of the vast audience we serve, it's huge. And remember, we're not a big corporate machine, it's all done from the comfort of our kitchen. Yes, this project is still just myself and my daughter Rachel and we spend all our days, evenings and weekends helping people find their path into motorsport. Two girls finding their own way of working in and serving the industry.

We're also helped by the truly wonderful Katie Daly who is a social media legend and has grown our Instagram page to dizzying heights. Katie is also responsible for finding many of the placements and opportunities you see posted so if you've been successful in your placements last year chances are Katie is the one that spotted it! Katie also dreams of one day working for her favourite team in F1 and I have no doubt she'll one day achieve that goal.

We love what we do, and judging by the feedback we know you benefit from it, and that keeps us going. Maybe this year will be the year we move into an office. :)

So we wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your support of the Formula Careers project over the past year. Your encouragement and enthusiasm has meant the world to us, and we couldn't have made it this far without your help.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you, and we can't wait to see what the future holds not just for us but for you too. We are committed to continuing to work hard and bring you the best possible content and opportunities, and we hope you'll continue to follow us on our journey.

Without a doubt, if you want a career in motorsport, you have to start building up your CV with relevant experience. It's not only what sets you apart from the rest but it builds that vital knowledge and soft skills that are needed to succeed in motorsport.

There's plenty of information online about getting work experience in motorsport. We also have a free section about it on our website. And if you want to take it that little bit further you can access our premium work experience content . We include a Certificate of Completion at the end so you can show employers how serious you're taking your career. Every purchase helps to support the FC project and keeps it running for another year.
