As the pictures and posts continue to flow in from Alation's Company Kick-Off, I want to publicly acknowledge some people for their tremendous efforts and exemplifying the #AlationALLin motto for this year.

First off, to all of my fellow Alationauts, I very much consider what the events team does as an extension of the hospitality industry. It was an absolute pleasure to bring you an experience and create an environment where you want to lean in, engage, and enjoy every second. Thank you for volunteering, trusting us, and showing up in a major way. I also want to pause and acknowledge a few people who without their support, none of this would’ve been possible.

Ryan Card while I knew you were on deck and ready, neither of us knew how critical you would be once we "put you in the game." No task was too small and no challenge too big. You stepped up every time we needed you - from backstage to troubleshooting laptops. You'll definitely be on the starting roster again.

Georgeta Simon wow did you come into your own on this show! It was incredible to hear you on comms calling the shots and hearing you earn the respect and trust of our very tenured production crew while jumping in and calling the show when necessary. So proud of you!

Kaitlyn Funk, we need to get you on LinkedIn! Your ability to keep things moving forward while ensuring all the new hires got registered, flights, and onto the rooming list was amazing. Let alone schlepping all those boxes and bringing everything you did to Vegas via car. So grateful for all of your hard work!

Margaret Rouisse Aberin OMG, where have you been all my life?! I know this was our first event together, but I cannot WAIT for whatever is next. Loved seeing your devotion to your role and ensuring the employee experience was nothing short of stellar! A friendly reminder that the session you ran point on literally changed 100+ lives. 100 recipients AND the deep impact it made on each of the participating Alationauts.

Lisa Vieira Janelle Jinwright and Jenny Economos (not pictured) WOW WOW WOW. Thank you so much for running point on our evening events and SOOO much more. Handling the swag "Trunk Sale" with dignity and grace while it got cray-zee! There were constant things popping up and the 3 of you were a delight to watch and ensure everything, including jumping in and managing the volunteers and morning movement workouts were dialed in!

Joyce Min I can't thank you enough for hunting down, wrangling, and ensuring every exec, presenter, and speaker was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Timing is everything and you kept everything running and people's attention.

Bryan Lee, Lauren Amorese, and Kristen Stamper, PMP what good is an idea that's stuck in someone's head if it can't be brought to life?! Your ability to take ideas, words, and themes and make them something that engages and delights audiences is second to none. From zoom backgrounds to videos, to the logo of the event. Every single one did exactly what it was supposed to and looked incredible every time.

Icie Legrand as usual you were willing to do anything and everything at a moment's notice. Your presence, while missed in-person, was still absolutely felt with your incredible attention to detail and ensuring everything you touched was buttoned up to the fullest. Our breakouts would NOT have been what they were without you and the SDR's had a phenomenal time thanks to you!

Brandon Paski, PMP I get a lil misty-eyed as I type this since you weren't able to attend in person, stand on that stage with me, and feel the love in the room. I do however hope you heard the roaring applause over zoom and received LOTS of notifications through zoom for all of your hard work. The room and the production were AMAZING thanks to you. It's been a crazy 3 years and I can't wait for the next 3!

Tim O'Neil the amount of trust you have bestowed upon me leaves me incredibly humbled. The brevity of our conversations never bothers me and only furthers how entrusting you are.

Tracy Eiler it has been an absolute honor to work with you. I can't thank of you enough for always being willing to listen when I have something in the "crazy ideas dept" and you don’t only listen, but try to figure out if there's a version of if that makes sense..

Last but not least Satyen Sangani, Aaron Kalb, Joy Wolken, Junaid Saiyed, Raj Gossain, Dean Thomas, and Langley Eide It was an honor and privilege to serve the company and my fellow Alationauts with you. Thank you for entrusting me for the past ~5 years with what you have started and what we have built. Hope we always close out these events this happy!!
