Get ready for the upcoming changes to the UK's public procurement rules
Change is coming for public sector procurement.
The Queen's Speech in May 2022 announced that the UK's public procurement policy would be reformed as a result of Brexit. When enacted, the resulting Procurement Bill / Procurement Act 2023 ("the Bill") will replace the current procurement regulations.
At Efficio, we have extensive experience working with public sector clients, supporting them in tackling their procurement and supply chain challenges. Have a read of our experts' thoughts on the upcoming changes below.
