Here are some tips for packing a healthy bento box:
?Include a variety of foods from all food groups, such as protein, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.
?Choose lean protein sources, such as grilled chicken, tofu, or fish.
?Include plenty of vegetables and fruits.
?Choose whole grains over refined grains.
?Add healthy fats, such as nuts, seeds, or avocado.
