Get Noticed: Network with Headhunters

For mid-senior level managers, building a strong network with headhunters is a crucial part of their job search strategy, and here is why.

At higher levels, many roles are never advertised on LinkedIn or other platforms.

Instead, companies rely on headhunters to discreetly fill these positions.

Headhunters often avoid public postings—either due to confidentiality or to save time.
