Get Naked !!!!

(Then you don’t read this If you have already read the book THE WINNING MIND-SET by Andrew Sillitoe)

Initial days of lockdown were really a feeling of uncertainty and picked up some of the books randomly from the shelf. One caption inside a book caught attention as you also felt here.

The author illustrates two different scenes of mindset to make us feel the importance of sense of fear and confidence in what we feel. Most of us took a chance to bounce back with lot of self preparations in area where we felt lot of improvement is needed. I thought of bringing to you a very important point from the above book so that it may change your confidence.

For a moment, Imagine that you are walked into a crowded room, it is busy everyone is talking, you recognize some of the people and some of the people are strangers to you. You feel awkward, but they are not acknowledging you. Your body is paralyzed by fear and feeling anxiety is enhanced due to the fact that you are completely naked.

You walked into a crowded room and you are wearing zero clothing. It doesn’t faze you in any way, you approach people and you meet them and greet them shaking hand with them a smile. You feel light, free, and liberated. you have no concern with what people are thinking because you are comfortable in your own skin, you have an air of confidence about you. Your voice resonates and fills joy in the room. They haven’t even noticed that you are naked.

This type of dream suggested by the author that you are absolutely comfortable in your own skin. Some people are wearing a scruffy tee shirt and still have a presence. Getting comfortable with being naked in a crowded room is a metaphor for unlocking aura. You are effectively stripping off the layers or the armor you are using to protect the ego. An egoless life is a free life Getting comfortable with your vulnerability is the key to freeing yourself from fear and anxiety...

So keep our heads always high and be confident in places.
