Go with the simplest and most popular, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Always choose what is more convenient for your audience and will attract more participants.

Do you have to publish the recording?

It is common when 120 people signed up for a webinar, 20 showed up, and 14 stayed until the end. To reach the remaining 106 people, you need a recording. You can also use the video recording to publish it on social media and get an extra audience.

Where is it better to publish the webinar recording?

On a platform where as many people as possible will watch it. I use the YouTube platform as it allows to listen to the video in the background, for example, while walking or exercising, and attracts the largest audience possible. I also share the link to the video on LinkedIn, Facebook and Telegram and publish videos in Russian on Zen.

Why is it important to edit a recording before publishing?

Sometimes, we stutter, repeat ourselves, say something unnecessary, babble and mumble. In the final video, we can cut it all out, add pictures and links to external resources, and beautifully show the presentation or other videos and photos.

Why is it essential to be multi-lingual?

It all depends on your content and target audience. I conduct webinars in English and Russian, and in the future, I plan to translate webinars from English into Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and Japanese to attract even more potential clients.

Why is a recording more powerful than a webinar?

How to use a webinar to promote your company online and boost SEO?

You can upload your webinar video to YouTube, use an SEO-optimised title, description and tags, and your webinar will appear in YouTube and Google search results.

Why is it essential to have a professional moderator?

A moderator helps you stay on track and hold your attention, ensures you answer questions from the audience, and, if the audience is silent, asks pre-prepared questions and keeps the webinar alive. You also get extra attention and audience if the moderator posts a link to the webinar recording on their social media.
