Q: What was your first position at J. Crew Group (JCG) and how long have you been with the company?

VC: I started my journey with JCG as the J. Crew Factory District Manager for Texas/Colorado. I celebrated my 11th year with J. Crew Factory back in September 2023.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working for J. Crew Factory?

VC: Our leaders and our incredible store teams.?I love to see how much pride and care they have for our stores, our brand, and each other. They are always willing to provide support to one another.?

As we continue to grow into new markets, we have established strong connections and relationships within our local communities. This natural progression has provided us the opportunity to build our teams that reflect these diverse communities. It's truly inspiring to hear about this during store visits and meet our customers who have become team members.

Q: In your mind, what makes J. Crew Factory unique in such a competitive market?

VC: We sell clothes, it’s that simple. But what makes us unique is the heart and soul of our brand. Our collections hold a special meaning to our customers. They are designed to capture special moments – from family gatherings to special occasions. Our customers keep these memories forever!

Q: What is your favorite activity outside of work?

VC: My favorite activity outside of work is doing anything my husband, daughter and puppy want me to do. They always keep me very busy and entertained.
