Whats your favorite part about the industry?

My favorite part about the industry is the networking! I genuinely enjoy going to ICSC or networking events and talking to new people! For me, making friends comes naturally and I love how different life experiences create bridges to make new friendships!

What's your favorite film(s)?

My favorite films are The Big Short and all the Ocean's films! Mark Baum and Danny Ocean are two of my favorite characters in all of cinema. I love how relentless Mark was in identifying the housing bubble and stopped at nothing to figure it out. His character plays a huge role in shaping who I am as a professional! I also love how Danny Ocean assembles his team and coordinates a heist to take down their target. (I'm proud to say I've watched both films over 10 times!??)

Whats the biggest lesson you've learned going down this career path?

The biggest lesson I've learned is that persistence, consistency, and determination will lead you to victory. Although this career has its highs, there are also tough times that you have to navigate. Mastering all three of these qualities ensures long-term success in the field.

How do you ensure continuous improvement in your work?

I let my curiosity drive improvement for me! It seems like every hour something new happens, and it's up to me to do my best to understand it and incorporate it into my toolbox. The job is like navigating a river; you have to stay sharp to stay afloat, or else the undertow will sweep you away! Always keep learning and never hesitate to ask questions.

When you're not in the office, what do you like to do in your free time?

I love traveling with my girlfriend, playing soccer and hockey with my friends, reading articles/books on commercial real estate, playing chess, cooking, and enjoying nature!
