Please tell us about your life before and after KnowMore. How has it changed?

I worked as a System Analyst, and after I had my children, I was unable to continue working like before. So I was in search of a freelance job where I could take care of my kids and continue to earn a decent amount. After much research, I found out about KnowMore Platform. I was a beginner in PowerPoint but was very interested and I started learning it and designing with it on the Platform. Now I feel good working as a presentation designer on KnowMore.

What was your KnowMore journey like??

My KnowMore journey was a bit tough. In the beginning, after much training for example from the KnowMore Youtube channel, I learned how to get started. It took me around 10 days to complete all the videos and learn them. I gave the test and got the result which said I can give a retest and I'm close to KnowMore's needs. I continued studying which took 15 long days and retook the test and finally got the result?"You are the 1%!". I was so happy to continue the onboarding process with the Platform, that after so much training I got a positive result.

Joining KnowMore was a huge task for me and a great success! The email which said "You are the 1%" was my happiest day.

What is the most surprising thing about working with KnowMore Platform??

At first, when I was new, it took a long time to complete live projects. Sometimes I would pass the deadline. Once there was a project, where the deadline passed, yet somehow was approved. I didn't get rated immediately by the admin. I thought that everything I had done was wasted, I would be rated low and I would have to leave KnowMore Platform.?But to my surprise, the admins' feedback was good which encouraged me to continue to work in a much more efficient way. Receiving feedback and rating is a surprising moment even today.

• KnowMore Knowledge Note: Missing deadlines at KnowMore Platform is a severe issue and should not happen. If a designer sees that they might miss a deadline, they must inform their admin right away, so the admin has sufficient time to manage the situation and help. Missing a deadline can lead to a reduced rating. Depending on how the situation is managed by the designer and by the amount of time the deadline was passed, the rating decrease can be less or more severe.

The system is really superb. Even if we were to work in an office we might not find this type of system. Though here we do not meet the admin live, thanks to the good system, we are allocated projects, work on them, close them and receive ratings. I'm really happy to work with KnowMore Platform, where we get weekly and monthly updates, and everything is clear and kept updated. Another favorite moment of mine is getting the project, after having applied to it.

What are you most proud of on KnowMore Platform??

When I started I used to take double the time of the given estimated?time to finish a project. This was one reason I did not dare choose tasks with smaller deadlines. Only after working on multiple projects continuously, did I feel more confident. I found a $50 project. I had never worked on such a big project. I applied to it and got the project, which was a big surprise. The estimated time was 6.3 hours and I completed the project with a 10.5 rating within 7 hours. This was really a proud KnowMore moment for me!
