Get to Know CRM Online | a five-part webinar series

We'll be hosting a five-part webinar series focusing on "Getting to Know CRM Online."

In the initial session, Get to Know CRM Online - Overview (May 20th) we’ll introduce Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and associated business technologies, such as Office 365, Insights by InsideView, and PowerBI; to help you deliver consistent exceptional customer experiences which will enable you to make the most of every business opportunity and drive business growth.  In addition to the points noted below, we'll also demo the Dynamics CRM App for Outlook, Office 365 Groups, Opportunity-Product Suggestions, and both Word and Excel Templates.

  • Using Office 365 with CRM Online to boost productivity
  • Presenting all customer history in one place; and tools to get to know your customers better
  • Utilizing consistent business processes and automation to keep teams focused
  • Staying productive on the road with the new and improved CRM Mobile App
  • Using Power BI to visualize real-time dashboards and reveal business insights

In the second session Get to Know Marketing Automation for CRM Online (June 10th), we'll introduce, discuss, and demonstrate an integrated marketing solution for CRM Online.

We'll show how to build modern automated marketing campaigns.  Think email marketing with built-in logic to identify prospects that are ready to buy.  ClickDimensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM has email marketing and more; web forms, surveys, subscription management, profile management, and the new campaign-builder which altogether provide powerful tools for your digital marketing strategy.  The fact that all these tools integrate seamlessly with Dynamics CRM makes it all that much better.  Join us for an informative session to include several demos on how to take advantage of the power of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, together with ClickDimensions.

The third session, Get to Know Sales Automation for CRM Online (July 1), we'll introduce, discuss, and demonstrate Office 365 integration and other powerful features for streamlining sales processes in CRM Online.

We'll be taking a deeper dive into some of the topics we covered in our introductory session, including:

  • We'll show how business process flows, built on your most effective sales practices, can branch out on conditional logic to present the right guided process for each of the different types of sales opportunities you have; to ensure everyone is following the right sales methodology to drive more sales.
  • We'll review Office 365 Groups to show how sales people can collaborate to work more effectively on sales opportunities.
  • We'll take a closer look at Insights, by InsideView and what you can do with the Connections feature in particular; turn all of your cold calls into warm and friendly introductions!
  • Staying productive anywhere with the CRM Mobile App; and quickly updating records on the road with task-based experiences to reduce administrative burdens.
  • Visualizing sales pipeline and operational performance by quickly generating and drilling-down on real-time dashboards.

The fourth session, Get to Know Customer Service for CRM Online (July 22), we'll introduce, discuss, and demonstrate several mechanisms available for CRM Online Customer Service, including:

  • Traditional Customer Service Case Management within CRM Online
  • Cases, Queues, Service Level Agreements, Contracts, and Entitlements
  • Using guided business processes, business rules, status reason transition rules, and automated workflow to get stuff done faster and more efficiently.
  • Email-to-Case solutions for converting incoming emails to cases
  • Customer Service Case Management Analytics; REALLY get to know your Customer Service Case Management
  • Introducing the Interactive Service Desk for faster-paced customer service case management
  • Enabling customers to enter and view their cases over the web with the new Adxstudio portals add-on for CRM


The final session, Get to Know Social Engagement for CRM Online (August 12), we'll introduce the user interface for Microsoft Social Engagement, show how and why it's important, and discuss strategies to get started.  Along with the discuss, we'll provide a demo to show the combined power of social engagement, CRM, and analytics to help business management their reputation online, identify emerging trends, and even generate valuable sales leads.
