Eric Schmidt executive chairman of Google’s parent company Alphabet speaking on the 9th March at the Google Next Conference in San Francisco said “business need to move to the cloud right now, given the technology is now a proven determinant of business success”

Schmidt said “companies that are in the throes of moving need to pick up the pace of their migrations and consider becoming a little more ambitious with regard to where the technology can take them”
