GET on with the JOB guys!

There has been more than a ton of ink been spilled (thankfully, most of it digitally) over the INFY saga; the board room battle drama and the turf war between the founders, the board and shareholders. 

Opinions are divided, of course. NRN fans / loyalists see his stature too big and it is always NRN vs the rest. Which is again unquestionable in terms of what has got built. At the same time, the arguments on board independence, qualities and eminence of the people on the board is also unquestionable; given that each one of them is as accomplished as any of the founders - maybe barring NRN.

I guess am not in any position to comment on the INFY saga given that the commentary on it could be like showing lamp to the SUN. However, what is catching my goat here is the pressler from INFY board room. Link provided below --

This reminds me of petty offices in private sector teeming with under 30 year olds who bitch / do petty politicking and the like and then when colleagues are ousted, sing paeans at their farewell. What is the real motive of this pressler?

While one might argue that it is to let the world know that Mr. Nilekani is been appointed now to run this ship. So be it. Get on with it. 

Why rub salt and pepper to the Gentlemen who are leaving by writing glory words to them thanking for ---- what ? the screw up?

So guys grow up. Even the Ola driver has an opinion on NRN and / or the board.

So let's keep it formal. There is no point in exchanging pleasantries. Get on with the job and FIX that ship please.
