Could it be there a chemical pill that can activate our confidence? On the premise that all human experience has a chemical basis to it, we should take a closer look at the chemistry of confidence itself.
When is the last time you were beaming with confidence and felt unstoppable? When in your life you had the certainty that you can achieve anything you set your mind to?
Most of us have had episodes and even full chapters where we experienced both these two strong feelings. And for most of us maintaining a constant feeling of confidence doesn’t come second nature. But my desire for you is that it does.
I’ve become a confidence coach to offer just that; a new perspective on your level of confidence. Having a high confidence should be the norm. And that is what I do day in and day out. I am using my own methods, my trainings and coaching to spread this concept - having a high sense of confidence is the norm.
The next natural thought you might be having will be, how?
Well first, make yourself a cocktail, get comfortable in your armchair and read on.
When is the last time you have had a special ‘’chemical cocktail’’ done to boost your confidence. Did you know that there are 6 ingredients that when mixed together they have the power to turbo charge your brain and make you feel confident?
I have recently interviewed Dr. Upasana Gala from @evolvebraintraining, an expert in neuroscience and she revealed that mixing testosterone, serotonin, endorphin, dopamine, oxytocin and a bit of cortisol has amazing effects on your brain. There are several things that you can do to induce all these hormones.
Try exercising and power posing to increase your testosterone, eat foods that you love to increase the production of serotonin in your gut, wear your running shoes to create those endorphins, set goals and accomplish them to give yourself a dose of dopamine as well and lastly learn to breath better, meditate so maintain a lowered level of cortisol. And voila your own confidence chemical cocktail is ready. Disclaimer, there is no bar out there that can serve it to you. Mother nature insists that you make it yourself! And so…go on! Try this recipe and boost your confidence.
