As a business owner or C-level executive, would you devote 4 days of your life to a personal and business growth learning experience set in an exclusive, relaxed environment with other like-minded leaders?

Imagine this. You awake on a Thursday morning at home, head to the airport and 3 hours later you are unpacking your bag in an oceanfront room on an idyllic island. The afternoon is golf, tennis, beach or spa. Cocktails with your fellow executives at 5:00 followed by dinner with your new acquaintances and an inspiring keynote address. Friday is a work day, but not like what you are accustomed to.

You will be actively involved in developing two growth road maps - one for the business and one for you.

Friday mid-afternoon can be a tee time, beach time or your time. Saturday morning opens with a provocative speaker and then more attention on your growth road maps and interaction with your fellow leaders. Saturday evening is our concluding dinner and testimonials. By Sunday afternoon, you are home - ready to put your new growth plans into action.
