Joseph Johnson is the founder of a movement called Vision Transition. He is an author, speaker, and HVAC authority. Joseph teaches people in the community the HVAC trade using his book “HVAC Guide,” online HVAC e-course, as well as in-person training.
Joseph Johnson talks about growing up with a solid family structure, yet he shifted to the streets during his puberty. He takes responsibility for things he has done and talks about using what he has learned to build a better future. He says the “transition is real.” His biggest influence is his inner voice and the voice of his parents. Joseph now leans on seeds his parents planted years ago.
