Get In The Flow
Is the news getting you down? Are you having trouble concentrating on what you need to do, or in general just feeling tired? Here are THREE QUICK TIPS for what you can do today to feel energized:
1. Eat a nutritious meal and stay hydrated by drinking lots of water. Life will throw curve balls and things won't always go smoothly yet you can be prepared by optimizing your health.
2. Have a strategy for the week. What are three things you absolutely must get done this week? Try to narrow down your top priorities to only three things you can feel GREAT about accomplishing this week. When you are done call a friend and share the good news. This will bolster your motivation to accomplish more.
3. Give to a friend, family member or associate this week. Whenever we give of our time we immediately feel better. Whether its sharing a smile, a conversation, a meal or taking time to mentor someone when you give, be sure it is with a full heart and your week will truly shine.
