Get Exposed

If you will do this you will get exposed, never get exposed and always stay composed , he should not have done this , he is completely exposed.

I am sure above statements must be sounding familiar , as we all have heard them many times. If you try understanding , you will realise , lot of stuff comes to us from outside. We are told many things by the outside world and this world consist of all relations , with all elements in the universe. All above instructions and programming makes us conscious and we attempt a life that is defined by other. We even start living life as defined by other. Society fuels the fire by rewarding and reprimanding as per her code. We align with the strictures of the society again trying to be someone , what we are not. Interestingly , over a period of time , we learn not be what we are.

Organisations are no different , where the syndromes like performance appraisal , stress upon a particular behaviour , cultural compulsions etc are daily impositions .You being part of the bigger system , you decide to fall in line. Organisations indoctrinate and make you internalise what is relevant and appropriate for the business success. Feedback is a word , most abused in the corporate world. ‘Let me give you feedback’ is a misnomer , feedback is never given , it is always solicited. These feedbacks focus a very little on your strengths , but are improvement focused.?

If you will relate , you will find that , we are surrounded by incessant hammering and?adjusting becomes the way of life. We live a life that is controlled , defined , unnatural , incomplete , projected?and preposterous. Irony is that the God and Nature made us completely exclusive , a super special , where there is no other ‘me’. Each one of us are differently talented , each one of us bring distinct value to the world and each one of us have our own vulnerabilities. Not living your talent , not giving what comes natural to you , being hard pressed to conceal your vulnerabilities makes life a burden. We become donkey who is destined to carry the load , not horse that has come in the world to win the race. The above is just a metaphor and shall not be taken literally.?

We live limited relation , even our?intimate relationships are governed. Father has to be like this , daughter has to be like this , love means this etc. All these dictums do not give us space to flow free as what we are. Even our close relations are synthetic and we are pulling on with the unwelcome reality. Relationships needs authenticity , relationships need being exposed , exposed of the good , beautiful and ugly. Our vulnerabilities are part of the same package which nurtures our strength and potential. Exposing , is to be taken in a positive?sense , means letting other person know all manifestations emerging from heart , mind and will.?

What other will say? How would it impact the consequences ? How my seniors view it ? Aren’t these questions sounding as your own?. The process of being endorsed and appreciated by others takes a huge toll on us , while God wanted us to be natural and original. Why live definition when we can live divine? The fact is that we all are Devine and no definition form outside can define and limit us , even if attempts , it is not sustainable. What is not natural can not be scaled?and sustained because the constrained flow would travel little distance.?

Ask yourself , is your life synthetic , is your job a drab , is your relationship dry , are you delivering the best that you can , are you growing with sense of music and rhythm , are you stressed. The answer to the above questions?would give you the insight?as , how natural you are and how projected is your behaviour

From Mines to Ore , Ore to Concentrate and Concentrate to metal is a natural journey.?
