The CX UK Exchange is just around the corner; the anticipation is increasing day by day for the biggest invitation-only, cross-industry event of the year. We asked our team and attendees what they are most looking forward to, from panel sessions to a Christmas-themed drinks party at Kew Gardens. Here's what they had to say…

Ebba Wiberg , CX Director, IQPC Exchange UK:

The timing of this event is impeccable. In the midst of a cost-of-living crisis, this will be a unique platform for CX leaders to come together and lend their thoughts and expertise on everything from creating healthy teams and processes through times of cut backs, to supporting customers in times of hardships, to refreshing CX strategies. I am also looking forward to seeing our community come together to support the charity organisation Refugee Experience with their CX skills during an exclusive lunch-and-learn, the first of its kind ever to take place at the Exchange.

David Hicks , Founder & CEO, TribeCX (Chairsperson at the CX UK Exchange):

I’m really looking forward to the event as it’s the 50th CX event I’ve Chaired! The one thing in common is that I always learn loads from meeting CX Leaders … this isn’t rocket science, but it’s not easy, and there’s loads to be learned from fellow travelers.

CX is also a lonely area, there are usually only a few leaders in any organization taking an E2E, customer perspective. This event is a precious and rare opportunity for CX Leaders to compare notes, to calibrate and validate as leaders .. specifically, on what works and what doesn’t to drive improved results from CX.

  • What is CX storytelling and why does it matter

I'm very much looking forward to CX UK Exchange this year. To have the opportunity to share the stories and the impact for others the Customer Experience World Games achieves, with such an audience of CX leaders is just brilliant. For many it will be the first time they've heard about it so I can't wait to hear their views on how CX can be used to create better outcomes for society. I'm also looking forward to hearing their ideas on how we can make the CXWG can make an even greater difference to others.
