2019 Phone Tip #2 - Five questions before you commit to new business phones !
Most Communications providers will tie you into a 3 year and up to 5 year commitment.
This helps the service provider to plan for the required infrastructure, systems and staff to properly support their customers.
But . . .

You need to understand your contract commitments, so get clear answers in writing to these 5 questions:
- How long is the contract ?
- What happens if I cancel it early ?
- What happens to the equipment at the end of the contract ?
- What is the voice quality guarantee and what happens if it's not met ?
- What is the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and what happens if it's not met ?
