Profit Labs are your quick start, scalable solution to drive profitable growth for your franchisees and business consulting clients. A Profit Lab is a cohort of learners (franchisees or clients) who meet in person or online to share their insights and overcome roadblocks with a group of like-minded business owners.

Your learners take our financial training, Profit Soup Online, on their own time and pace. The Profit Lab is their time to meet, as a peer group, with you the Profit Lab Facilitator to review, reinforce, and discuss course topics.

Profit Labs leverage the power of hybrid learning, blending the convenience of on-demand financial training via our Profit Soup Online with the engagement and hands-on application that can only occur in live meetings led by Certified Profit Lab Facilitators. As a Certified Facilitator, you receive special training and resources to challenge, coach, and inspire participants as they apply their new skills to their own businesses. You will also receive special pricing on our Profit Soup Online financial training for your participants.

Profit Soup Online does the skills training; you create an environment for action by facilitating live Profit Labs for your learners.?

How do I become a Certified Profit Lab Facilitator?

1. Enroll in the program. The cost is $595.
2. Complete the Profit Soup Online curriculum (described on the last page),
3. Attend 4 Train-the-Trainer live Zoom meetings with a cohort of future facilitators,
4. Meet with a Profit Soup coach to brainstorm the best strategies for using Profit Labs to scale your coaching and add peer-to-peer practical application to your financial training.
