Get Better - 15 Proven Practices to Build Effective Relationships at Work

I’m excited to announce that I’ve been writing a book for FranklinCovey called Get Better – 15 Proven Practices to Build Effective Relationships at Work.

Over my many years as FranklinCovey’s Chief People Officer, I’ve had the amazing good fortune to guide and advise thousands of people in an organization built on the mission of enabling greatness in people and organizations. I’ve worked side-by-side and learned from some of the greatest thought leaders in the fields of effectiveness, personal change, execution, trust, leadership, and more.

Working in an organization dedicated to enabling greatness has afforded me the opportunity to successfully coach others on behaviors and practices that dramatically improve their ability to build effective relationships at work. I’ve also seen and experienced (oftentimes because of my own mistakes) the many pitfalls that can diminish and damage relationships.

I’ve distilled these experiences from 20+ years on the job into 15 practices that I’ve seen repeatedly make all the difference in creating and maintaining truly effective relationships!

Writing this book over the past year-and-a-half has been a challenging and extremely rewarding experience. The process has made me look critically into the past, and it has invigorated me for things yet to come. I’m excited to say that the book is now available for pre-sale orders, and will be in stores on November 7.

I invite you to connect with me to receive updates during the “home stretch” of this journey as I still work out some thoughts, finalize details, share news, and answer questions. Thank you so much for your support!
