Life at times does throw difficult-to-predict events at you! I’ve had my share of this!!! Not a pleasant ‘after taste’ but hey the only choice left for the truly ‘wanting to be successful person’ is ANTI FRAGILITY. Anti-fragility is so important, it is an ability to BENEFIT and GROW from random difficult-to-predict events, errors, difficulty and volatility. Get Antifragile Or Die! - Taleb

This is not to withstand, survive or control the negative events, errors or volatility, but an ability to benefit and grow from it. That is you achieve more just because something went wrong with you/or your operations.

The deployment of the right approach, strategies, moves, people, learning and mindset could almost make you wish that things should go wrong so you can grow bigger and better. Crisis management redefined!
