Gestalt: Leading with Creative Adjustments

At this time of uncertainty, and working with distances between us, there is the opportunity to for us to be aware of different ways of interacting and leading. These different ways of leading and working are referred to as creative adjustments.
We are at a particular moment in time where we have an opportunity to enhance different parts of ourselves and to experiment with new working behaviors and skills.
For Example:
- Moving from direct face-to-face interaction to various online technologies
- Developing new structures for self-care and self-discipline for working at home
- Using more of our senses in communication, mindfully attending to the energy of your team remotely and for receiving and giving information
- Making good contact through checking-in, checking for clarity of understanding, and checking-out
- As the way we work changes, consider new measures for output and deadlines
These are just a few Gestalt tips for leading during uncertain times.
