German Language Class

At BMW Group Canada, we firmly believe that investing in our associates’ growth and development is the key to unlocking their full potential. A great example is an exciting initiative that has been unfolding over the past 10 weeks - a German language learning program! A group of 18 eager learners have been immersed in structured lessons led by qualified instructors from the Goethe Institute. Through these sessions, they've been building a robust foundation in German vocabulary, grammar, and conversational fluency.

But the learning didn’t stop there. To further enhance the experience, we asked an intern who is native to Germany to facilitate informal discussion groups. These sessions allow our associates to put their newfound skills into practice, conversing with a true language expert and diving deeper into the nuances of German culture.

The enthusiasm and dedication our team has shown throughout this journey has been truly inspiring. These associates have gained linguistic capabilities while reaching a heightened cultural awareness that will undoubtedly enrich their personal and professional lives.
