German investor Johanna von Herman joins ACE Alternatives to step up Customer Excellence in alternative asset servicing.

Former ennea capital partners Director of Operations and seasoned transaction advisor, startup coach, and female angel investor Johanna von Herman has joined Berlin-based ACE Alternatives as Vice President and Head of Customer Excellence.

The ACE family is thrilled to welcome Johanna as the newest high-profile senior addition to the team. As an accomplished early-stage investor with proven expertise in investment operations and client-centric services, Johanna will play a pivotal role in guiding ACE clients through the entire service lifecycle, delivering tailored solutions that streamline fund operations.

Johanna's transition from a GP-side investment operations lead role to helming customer-oriented fund administration services is driven by the increasing customer-side demand for top-notch tech-driven services in this field.

In her role as Head of Customer Excellence, Johanna will oversee customer services from A-Z, drawing on her experience as an angel and VC investor, helming fundraising campaigns, and advising on investment structuring and M&A mandates. Her expertise guarantees personalized guidance and support for clients, facilitating smoother operations and delivering additional value-add for the strategic decision-making of the ACE customers.
