When I started my career in Fleet Management, I didn't know how to drive on the right side of the road (I came from DE), didn't know what a fleet was and had to take the public transit to do my job. I learned everything from doing and from the mentorship of some of the best people in the business. Coming from a purely technical background, I had to be curious and invest a great deal of time understanding our industry.

Since then, a little over a decade has gone by, and I have had the privilege and opportunity to attend several Geotab events. In a business like ours, the most important constant is the people, everything else is transient.
