It's been several years since Pactriglo unveiled our Assemblage Algorithm -- a proprietary way for identifying congruent parcels already under the same ownership.

Now I am happy to share the recent application of the algorithm to real estate in the City of New York as a way to identify underutilized existing Floor-Area-Ratio under the same ownership.

Step 1

The proprietary algorithm identifies where the same owner owns two or more adjoining parcels.

Additional analysis indicates assemblages that have the largest amount of FAR and the largest percentage of unused FAR.
