Georgia Power, Vogtle plant still using Straightpoint products on a daily basis 3 years on.

Recently I was asked by our partners, GLE, in China what the scale of use of our load cells is at the Georgia Power plant.
John Molidor Straightpoint's sales manager in California (who has been working closely on the project) responded that the load cells have been in place for nearly 3 years and in use on a daily basis.
This reinforced to me just how robust and reliable Straightpoint load cells and load shackles are which is essential for 'making the lifting industry a safer place', to coin our strapline.

Straightpoints involvement at the Georgia Power (CB & I) construction site at Vogtle 3 & 4 is now in its 3rd year. In all (CB & I) have at Vogtle 3 & 4 approximately 30 Straightpoint Radiolink Plus and Wireless Load Shackles ranging in capacity from 25te to 250te. The value to Georgia Power and CB & I was the ability to easily display and record (data log) loads at up to 24 different pick points when planning and performing Heavy Critical Lifts.
The SW-MWLC software is extremely user friendly and the team at CB&I have been utilizing it on a daily basis for nearly three years now.

All Straightpoint load cells and load shackles are IN STOCK and ready to ship up to 5000t in capacity, unrivalled.
