On Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022, the Georgia House of Representatives Budget and Fiscal Affairs Oversight Committee gathered for a Joint Appropriations Budget Hearing. The meeting addressed needs concerning millions of Georgian's living with mental health challenges. We discussed viable solutions for opportunities and growth. I look forward to a productive year.

Thanks to medical professionals, mental health providers, law enforcement, fire fighters, social and essential workers whose tireless efforts at time go without notice.

A special thank you to Candice L.
