TINM Group has multiple geomembrane production lines, and the geomembrane production process is divided into two types:
①. Calendered film production process
Calendered film is a plastic film produced by hot-melt salivation and extrusion of polyethylene raw materials.
Advantages: relatively soft，high surface brightness, like a mirror, and the price is cheaper than blow molding process;
Disadvantages: uneven thickness; miscellaneous materials, low strength.
②. Blown film production process
Blown film is to heat and melt polyethylene plastic particles to form a film through air cooling.
Advantages: stable quality, uniform thickness, high vertical and horizontal tensile strength, long service life;
Disadvantages: the price is higher than that of calendered geomembrane.
