Dengue is a global challenge and its recent resurgence in Brazil is at the verge of Epidemic. The infection spreads easily and may have potential morbidity in many cases.
In a quest to find the Genus Epidemicus (as per homeopathic philosophy) the authors studied the symptoms of Dengue being present in the Brazil.
Cinchona officianlis (China off) scored 43 points from 21 symptoms, followed by Arsenicum album (31/13) and Phosphorus (29/14).?
The study concluded that,?
“In the asymptomatic population exposed to the etiological agent, the use of Chin might contribute as an additional strategy in the prophylaxis of dengue.”
