Here's the hard thing about writing:

If there's nothing in your head, you'll struggle to get anything on the page. The trick is to find ways to stimulate your thoughts, so that writing becomes dashing towards your notebook to jot down your latest ideas, rather than sitting in front of a blank page feeling overwhelmed.

Learn to shorten the gap between your thoughts and your fingers. It helps to write lines down rapidly without worrying how they read. You can tweak that later. And after awhile you'll get better at getting things right the first time. Let ideas lead your content.
