Be a Genuine Leader III

The Training Process.

Our training contains two behavior patterns to pursue a progressive future. The first behavior pattern is to focus on and eliminate learned limitations that are functioning as a barrier to any progress – and therefore it works against your will. Your mental immune system plays tricks with you: the constraints of logic thinking versus limitless imagination – a plan versus a purpose, a distorted self-perception of “Who you are” versus “How you are,” memories and knowledge belonging to the past regarding events, learning, attitude, and behavior that distorts your judgment because time has changed. Or outdated messages make you feel sad, create worries or fear, installed as negative result expectations versus positive result expectations. Mission Impossible versus give it a try! Take the lead, and get things done!

In practice, you react on an impulse that activates your mental immune system, blocks your brain, reveals negative emotions, drains your energy, gets stressed, feels overloaded, and defend yourself against any change.

The second behavior pattern is to decode the parameters of happiness (happiness makes you successful – it is not the other way around), then choose the steepest path for your progressive future, taking upon yourself mammoth challenges. These challenges will enhance your intelligence and capability beyond what you have ever experienced before. The consequence is, that you lift your vision to higher sights, raise your performance to a supreme standard, and build your personality far beyond your earlier limitations. In other words, you act not because somebody wants you to, but because you decide that you need, wish, will, care, and feel the duty to – you act, in other words, as a free human obliged to your way of life.

These two patterns are strong leadership character trait builders and are the two most common lacking leadership patterns in the majority of all humans. Dimensions that you either don’t have activated or hold back and therefore don’t radiate. What I mean by “don’t radiate” is, what others identify by you is what you radiate, because what people perceive is a response to that. What you hold back, people can’t observe because you don’t radiate that. For example, it is not enough that you feel “You are a great leader” if you don’t radiate that, people won’t perceive it. You unconsciously radiate something else - being omniscient, for example.

The patterns support each other in parallel. When you: - drop your distorted perception and wrongly directed emotions, stop draining your energy, and stop setting useless limitations for what you must do, and what you can’t do, - it frees up “space” and energy that you can expand and fill with lifeforce, creativity, ideas, and insight that you convert to use new knowledge. The second pattern – mammoth challenges – will by itself fill out the expanded space. And instead of losing energy, you gain more energy, get plenty of ideas, enhance your skills, behaviors, and attitudes, and have a glorious feeling of overcoming significant challenges and delivering great accomplishment. This is limitless!

Initially, the process begins as a tiny intention – a purpose that you turn into duty is a powerful move. If you start clearing space for the intention and discharge all your negative expectations, suspiciousness, nervousness, worries, the freed space begins to expand. The day arrives where challenges and accomplishments fill out the entire expanded space. Then again, you can double the “space” set limitless objectives and execute them effortlessly as a genuine leader do.

The result is that negativity isn’t an obsession anymore. It is there – running in the background, but you are untouched by it, and it is now under your complete control. It is a free choice if you decide to express it or not. That will be a significant difference for you and most humans.

When you become like that, you have dramatically enhanced your leadership intelligence and capability, and feeling happy is a free choice for you. You live a balanced life, and whatever you do, it is effortless because you are limitless and see possibilities in everything and everybody everywhere. Everything is in an equanimous state, where difficult or easy doesn’t touch you anymore. You enjoy the glorious feeling of accomplishment, have the best team, are happy, and what you radiate belongs to a genuine Leader standing up for a sustainable enterprise in all perpetuity.
