Hello family and friends,
The first few months of 2018 have been very busy, yet incredibly rewarding.
To celebrate and recharge, we took a break to visit Sedona, Monument Valley, and Antelope Canyon.
Aside from getting an opportunity to reacquaint with the sun, this magical part of the US reminded me that mindfulness is such an important part of my life.
It inspired me to compile the following curation of mindfulness articles. I hope the articles are helpful.

2) Harvard Study Shows Mindfulness Changes Brain Structure: A very important study led by Harvard researchers showed that only 8 weeks of mindfulness can change brain structure which could impact memory, self-awareness, and stress resiliency.
3) Finding Ways To Be Kinder To Yourself: Are you hard on yourself? You’re not alone and this article has some good tips on how being present can help you manage this.
