Job Description:
? Drive projects from Inception to delivery managing budget, timelines, and quality goals. Identify, analyse, mitigate, and proactively respond to project, financial and operational risks.
? Execute delivery process so that the distributed resources can work as an effective, objective-driven, and collaborative global team.
? Provide leadership and help foster a work culture that recognises, supports individual differences in workstyles, personalities, cultures and values to maximise team performance and effectively achieve team goals.
? Putting in place a continuous improvement program with focus on identifying and implementing best practices, measuring performance and drive improvements.
? Leverage the existing tools or put in place new ones to ensure effective execution of projects.
? Helping manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, new vendor selection processes, renewal solutions, maintenance, and support. Certified in any agile project methodology, SAFE methodology preferred.

Experience:
? Technical IT project management: 3 years minimum (Preferred), Network Deployment, Wireless, Telecoms & Infrastructure management experience is essential (engineering background would be an advantage
