Gensmile reaches 20 practices

From acquiring our first practice in July 2015, we have now completed on buying our 20th (and there is more to come later this month!). What matters to us more than the number, however, is the quality of the practices that are now part of the Gensmile family. The quality of the clinical care our patients receive, the quality of engagement of each team member and the quality of the overall experience that each patient has on their journey with us. Each of our family of practices is unique with its own distinct culture, history, local market and team but what they all share is a passion to deliver high quality private clinical care in an environment which sets their patient at ease and reassures them that they are getting state-of-the-art treatment. We are very proud that our Principals have chosen to entrust their practices to us and that they have partnered with us to take their practices to the next level. Each of these Principals has invested much of their lives into building these special places; their practice is their legacy. We see ourselves as custodians of these legacies and our mission is to help them to continue to grow and develop while not losing what makes them distinct and unique. It has been quite a journey over the past four years but we are confident that the future will be even more exciting.
