Job Description:

Join us as a Business Analyst (Service Now) responsible for a crucial part of the project lifecycle, emphasizing business value and benefit realization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Eliciting and meticulously documenting business and system requirements, crafting detailed requirement artifacts.
• Developing User stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications based on client requirements.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand and negotiate their needs and expectations effectively.
• Conducting requirement walkthroughs post-client approvals, ensuring clarity throughout the project.
• Facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal project teams (developers, PMs, QAs) concerning business requirements.
• Managing customer relationships, keeping stakeholders updated on project results through effective communication processes.
• Maintaining issue logs, meeting minutes, project summaries, and schedules.
• Providing customer support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Performing functional testing to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
